Where I come from
I spent years competing in bodybuilding — the dieting, the 5 a.m. sessions, the whole monastic thing. It taught me two things that still shape everything I write: first, that the fundamentals work and the shortcuts mostly don't; and second, that the fitness industry runs on hype the way engines run on gas, and somebody has to say so.
Now I run a health business. That means I spend my days around real people's health questions — the messy, practical kind, not the Instagram kind. I write these guides the way I talk to people in real life: plain-spoken, first-person, allergic to miracle claims. If I don't know something, I'll say that too. I'm not a doctor, and I don't play one on the internet — every wellness guide here ends with "talk to your doctor," and I mean it.
Why the site has two lanes
Honest answer: I'm one person with two subjects I take seriously. The Wellness lane is the main event — training, men's health, and careful education on topics like peptides where the internet is loud and unreliable. It contains no affiliate links, because I want you to trust that nothing there is trying to sell you something.
The Lifestyle & Relationships lane is separate on purpose. I got interested in AI companionship because connection is part of a good life, and I review those apps the same way I review training advice: honestly, from experience, no hype. It's tasteful, it's clearly marked 18+, and it does carry affiliate links — disclosed on every page and in the header flag.
The lanes never cross in the content. A wellness article will never link you to a companion review, and vice versa. You'll find both hubs in the site navigation and footer, but the editorial walls between them are real.
How I review things
Whether it's a training principle or an app, my method is the same: use it, live with it, write what I found. No sponsored verdicts, no borrowed opinions. In the Lifestyle lane, where affiliate links exist, commissions never buy placement — the disclosure lays out exactly how the money works.
What this site is not
- Not medical advice. I'm a former competitor and a health business owner, not your clinician.
- Not a store. The wellness lane sells nothing and links to no products.
- Not hype. If something sounds too good to be true here, I'll be the one saying so.
