Affiliate Disclosure

Plain talk about how this site makes money — because you should know exactly where our incentives sit.

Last updated: September 17, 2026

1. The Wellness Lane: no affiliate links

Our wellness content — the home page and the guides on training fundamentals, men's health basics, and peptide education basicscurrently contains no affiliate links.

That means nothing in the wellness lane earns us a commission. We don't sell supplements, we don't recommend peptides or any other products, and we don't link to any store where you could buy health products through us. The wellness guides are written to educate, not to convert.

If this ever changes — if a wellness page ever carries a link that could earn us money — we will say so on that page, clearly, right next to the link, and we'll update this disclosure first.

2. The Lifestyle Lane: affiliate relationships

Our Lifestyle & Relationships section does contain affiliate links. Specifically, we participate in affiliate programs with:

How commissions work

If you click one of these links and sign up for a paid plan, we may earn a commission from the company — at no extra cost to you. Every affiliate link on this site carries rel="sponsored nofollow" markup so it's identifiable to search engines and tools as a sponsored link, and every page in the Lifestyle lane carries an affiliate note near its calls to action.

What commissions don't buy

Commissions never buy placement, rankings, or verdicts. Our reviews reflect our independent editorial judgment: we tested both apps, we wrote what we found, and the money flows the same direction either way — we earn from both programs, so there's no financial reason to favor one. If a product were bad, we'd say so. That's the deal, and it's why the disclosure flag sits in the header of every page.
